No. During the pilot every customer-facing message waits for your OK. If you don't reply, nothing goes out. Later you can choose to let trusted agents send on their own, one agent at a time, but only if you want to.
Drafts are written to sound like you, in plain language, using details of the job. You can edit any draft before it goes, and your edits help it match your style.
No. Jobloopa works alongside the tools you already use for quoting, scheduling and invoicing. It handles the follow-ups and replies those tools leave to you.
Follow-ups only go to people who asked you for a quote or are your customers, they identify your business, and each one has an easy opt-out such as "Reply STOP". That keeps things in line with anti-spam rules like Australia's Spam Act 2003. We never send cold marketing on your behalf.
A one-off clean-up of your Google listing: the right categories, your services and service areas, opening hours, fresh photos, a description that mentions the suburbs you work in, answers to any old questions on your profile, a review link and QR code for quotes and invoices, and a simple posting plan. You add Jobloopa as a Manager on your profile, so you never share your password, and you can remove us at any time. It's $199, or included with Full Crew.
We give you a dedicated Australian mobile number and you set your phone to send calls you don't answer to it, using a short code from your carrier (on most Telstra, Optus and Vodafone plans). When a call rings out, the caller gets a text from your business within seconds, like "Hi, it's Dave from Bright Spark Electrical. Sorry I missed you, I'm on a job. What do you need?" Their reply is forwarded to your phone. Your number doesn't change, and the texts always name your business and never include sales offers. It's $49/month on Starter and included in Pro and Full Crew, for up to 100 missed calls a month.
For calls you don't answer, yes, so callers can still leave a message on your Jobloopa number and you'll get it as well. Calls from landlines or private numbers can't receive a text, so you'll get a missed-call alert for those instead. Prepaid services that can only divert to voicemail aren't supported.
We don't ask for your passwords. Where possible we use manager or delegated access, which you can remove at any time. You stay the owner of every account.
